The GLAMS application has been developed for the GA department of Odisha that is government land allotment system, which deals with leased land all over the state. The system has the facility of citizen registration or applicant registration to be able to apply for any facility or service on leased land like conversion, mutation, transfer and NOC.

The system is a single window online application for both citizens and officers through which applications, allotment, verifications can be done. Also it has the online payment facility which is more handy and safe for both citizens and government.

The application is a very transparent system as citizens can track the status of their own application with justifications.

Rather than running with document, hard copies and Xerox copies to GA offices, now citizen can upload the required documents online and officers concerned can verify it online too.

Throughout the process the citizen is updated in every step via SMS about the application status. Document management and level flow from one officer to another is automatic, the communication with citizen is online which saves officers time and increase the work capacity.

Active dashboard and MIS reports gives everyone a transparent overview about department status, services and performance.
