Step 1: Register yourself by supplying basic information through https://glams.odisha.gov.in
Step 2: After successful registration you will get a SMS with your acknowledgement Number and login details and you will be redirected to a registration success page with a direct login link, by clicking on that link you will be redirected to your home page or you can use our login link present on the menu bar then click on the Conversion Applicant button for login with your login details.
Step 3: Now Update your Photograph by clicking on the Edit Profile menu present on the left menu. Here either you can take a photograph by using your Web camera or you can upload a scanned passport size photograph
Step 4: After updating your photograph click on the Take Signature menu from the left side menu. If you have signature pad then use it to take your signature directly or you can scan your signature and upload it.
Step 5: If signature is uploaded successfully click on Pay Application Fees Menu to pay your application fees. Remember that the only mode of payment is through our website https://gaestate.in/ NO OTHER MODE OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTABLE.
Payment Procedure
When you click on the "Proceed for Payment" button you will be redirected to Odisha Treasury site. Then you will be asked to choose a Bank and mode of payment and have to click on Proceed Button after which you will be redirected to Concern bank site.
Now complete the transaction process with your Bank.
After completing your transaction with your Bank Do not forget to click on "Back to DTI" or "Return to Orissa VAT" button otherwise your transaction will not be registered with GAEstate.
Now you can take a printout of your E-Payment Receipt and bring all required document to our facilitation centre or Click on the Apply for Conversion link present in the left menu and complete the process.(Please attach clearly visible scan copy of all required document.)
